RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Fresh Comfort, Inc. ("FCI") and freshcomfortinc.com ("We") pride ourselves on highest quality merchandise and service.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase complete the return form after logging in to your account and under order history click the return button next to the order you wish to return, to return or exchange your garment in its original condition (items must be unaltered, unworn, unlaundered, in its original package and intact, attached hang-tags) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.  After 30 days, items will be accepted for exchange only.  Credit will be issued to original form of payment.

We, at Fresh Comfort, Inc., take health very seriously and for that reason we can not accept the return of any panty/boxer brief unless the garment is unworn. The garment should be in its original package and product must be unaltered, unworn, unlaundered, in its original package and intact, attached hang-tags.

We are committed to selling only brand new, pristine items.  For the peace of mind and health of all our customers, we reserved the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet this criterion.  

Sorry, your shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.  If your original order had a free shipping promo, shipping charges will be deducted.  If you are returning a portion of your original order that had a free shipping promo, a portion of the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Your returns must be in their original, intact packaging.  Any returns without their original packaging or in packaging that is not re-sellable will be charged a $5 per item fee.  You are responsible for return shipping fees.  If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply on the replacement item.  FCI will replace a manufacturer's defect on any of our products within 30 days of product purchase.

Exchanges
We don't want you to wait to enjoy your Fresh Comfort products.  If you need to exchange your Fresh Comfort garment please call us and we will be happy to assist you.  Or, re-order directly on our website, please note, your credit card will be billed a second time.  When exchanging a product, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.  When we receive your original order a credit for the value of the product, minus shipping and applicable discounts (if any), will be issued.

Return Shipping Cost
If you are returning a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping.  When we process your return, a restocking fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your return credit. Please return product in mint condition to the address below.  We recommend using an insured, traceable method – we cannot be held accountable for lost packages.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods or items that you did not order, please return the items immediately.  We will gladly pay shipping charges.  Please contact us at 214-705-0408 to make arragements.
